Roll-off containers with an integrated sliding and drying floor are a more flexible alternative to a stationary fuel storage and are ideal for larger heating systems with large quantities of fuel.
The additional drying function enables the still wet material to be dried directly from production within a very short time, without the need for cumbersome reloading.
The containers can e.g. B. can be placed on the platform and pushed to the customer's docking station.
The conveyor technology built under the docking station transports the medium to the distillation boiler or to the storage tank.
The control of the sliding floor can be integrated into the heating control in order to achieve fully automatic feeding of the heating, as each container is completely ready for operation with a hydraulic unit, control box and hydraulic cylinder.
The containers are manufactured according to the latest DIN standards and can therefore be used in all
common sizes are produced.
Even special sizes and requirements are no problem.
Since these containers only require a foundation or a steel platform at the installation site, there is no need for further complex structural preparatory work. This means that if the system is to be reused later, it can be completely dismantled without much effort.
